The average score is calculated by the first time he/she takes each test which is recorded in our database. To be able to avail this refund, the student needs to attach a copy of his Official GMAT Score report and upload it in the refund form. The exam date must be between after the date at which he took the 5th Practice Test and within 180 days of taking the first practice test. It must also be his first attempt of GMAT after taking the five practice tests. Refunds will be processed within 21 working days
